This site defines the format that is correct in-text citations in MLA:

Fundamental structure

It is necessary to credit the source for the reader when you have used a source in an assignment. Realise why guide? when it comes to main reasons why this is really important.

This credit seems in 2 places: in the body regarding the project (the in-text citation) as well as the finish for the project (when you look at the listing of works cited). For each citation that is in-text should always be a matching entry within the range of works cited, and vice versa. The citation that is in-text fundamental details about the foundation:

  • The foundation’s author(s)
  • The web page quantity

The menu of works cited contains more information that is detailed the origin: the name, publishing details, etc.
